Refunds & Returns Policy

At Blue Eagle, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand how we can assist you.

Returns

Eligibility

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and intimate items (e.g., undergarments), are not eligible for return.
Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

How to Initiate a Return
  • Contact us at support@shopblueeagle.com to request a return authorization.
  • We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale items (unless damaged or defective).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Some health and personal care items

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If approved, these costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@shopblueeagle.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Inspection & Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t your refund after the processing period, please:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time for the refund to post).
  • Reach out to us at support@shopblueeagle.com for further assistance.
Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopblueeagle.com and we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send the original item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
